Success After Many Years Effort to Shape Shift My Body
Thursday, October 29th, 2009Welcome back!

Delighted!
Do you see the delight on the face of that baby? His daddy is tickling his tummy and he just loves it. Those of you who’ve been following this blog know that I preach a “do it mentally” approach to weight loss and healing from obesity. I know the methods; I understand the necessary steps; I’ve experienced some success. When I began this blog, because I didn’t have 100% success, I hesitated to go live, but then I reasoned that I could provide you many, many tips so that you could begin your own success. I’d always hoped that some of you would Comment back to me about your successes. Hey, I’m still teachable! Any leader worth her salt can be taught.
This week was a banner week for me. In my review of the Plain Talks booklets, my Eschatology teacher pointed out some critical points on Wednesday, October 21. I was so inspired when I got it, that I determined then and there to put it to the test, and here is the result, folks:
Using Mental Means alone, I reduced my hips by 4″ last week!
Would you like to talk with me about exhileration? I am so stoked I can hardly stand it! All day yesterday, I danced around my house. It’s the lovliest of feelings. With that proof around my hips, I now know that I can handle all the rest. Since my class is on Wednesdays, I’ll be doing Thursday’s blog around my successes of the previous week. Stay tuned. It’s really exciting.
I was tempted to fall back onto human props like “eating more veggies” last week, but I wouldn’t let myself go there. I did nothing to alter how I eat or how I exercise. It had to be a fair test, right?
I handled the emails of one of my vacationing clients. She receives a daily inspiration from Tut, so I decided to sign up for them myself. Here’s what I received yesterday and it’s so perfectly appropriate to the mental work I’m doing, that I had to share it with you. I hope you’ll keep on keeping on with your shape shifting project. Perseverance got me here.
Love you,
Pat
Life, Pat, is not what you see, but what you’ve projected. It’s not what you’ve felt, but what you’ve decided. It’s not what you’ve experienced, but how you’ve remembered it. It’s not what you’ve forged, but what you’ve allowed. And it’s not who’s appeared, but who you’ve summoned. And this should serve you well, beloved, until you find, what you already have.Yeah, The Universe
