If I Can See It, It’s “Real,” Right?

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Welcome back!

Real or Not Real?
Real or Not Real?

Today’s post completes the Christmas succinct idea overview - all you need to know to get a grip on why you’re overweight and what you need to know to turn that around using purely mental means.

If you haven’t read all in the series, you can read them here.

Take a close look at Mr. Crunk Ain’t Dead above.  You can see him, right?  Does that mean he’s real? I assure you - he’s not real, just because you can see him.  Here’s the real deal.

For Sure? Real?

For Sure? Real?

Do you still think this is for real?  Well, you certainly can see it.  Should you trust what you see, or do you think so additional reasoning might be the way to go?

The Real Deal, Mr. Seth matson

The Real Deal, Mr. Seth Matson

Both Truth and Error have an appearance. Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to figure out the difference.

And because Thought is Causative (or, what you think is what you truly do get), once you recognize something that is NOT good, true, harmonious, beautiful, perfect, or loving - here’s what you do:

Quit Thinking It and Think Something Better In It’s Place!

It isn’t too good to be true.  It is Truth itself.  Truth is always simple.  Using it is quite another thing.

You think because you seem to be overweight - hell, you can see it in the mirror, can’t you? - that this is for real, for certain, for true just because it has an appearance.  Is that appearance good, true, harmonious, beautiful, perfect, or loving?  If not, it’s unreal.  You thought it into place mistakenly.  You can think something different and you’ll get an improved appearance.  Promise.  You do have to persevere in that new thinking, however.

Happy using,

Pat
