Good News!

Most people base their judgments on what they see, here, touch, taste, and smell.  It’s a real kindergarden way of forming judgments, but some of us are stuck there and have no clue there’s more.

A better way to form judgments would be to use those first five senses listed above and then to add to them wisdom and understanding.  You get a much smoother, more complete mix when you do that.

I decided years ago I would not diet again to try to lose weight.  Since then, I’ve been working assiduously INSIDE of myself to make the corrections necessary for a permanent healing.  Having lived those years, having known the corrections I’ve made, the OUTSIDE of me doesn’t look better - in fact, it might even look worse.  Being inside here, I know there are two more MAJOR MISTAKES left to correct. I know what they are and I know how to make them.

I’m working on them, too, but they don’t show on the outside either.  :(  For those who judge me from the outside and who see only BIG, they have no clue if I’m waiting, if I’ve quit trying anything, or if I’m persevering. I find it absolutely serendipitous that Tut, the Universe, addressed this very topic today. We must have been blogging about it simultaneously yesterday.

So I wonder about you:  if you are a plus-sized woman, and you know darn good and well the pain of scornful judgment based on opinions, are you ready for some support from other plus-sized women who know where you park your goat?

If You're Stuck in the Snow, Rethink your Resolutions

If any of you plus sized ladies are at all like me as I suspect you are, you shyed away from making any resolutions this year because, what the heck, they never play out anyway.  Am I right?

Honey girl, you deserve to have dreams and you deserve to make those dreams come true. If you will read through the Blog Posts I did here, and if you look for the 14 main points explained there, you will have at your fingertips the key ideas for how to make all your own dreams manifest.

• You are entitled to have your dreams come true as a plus sized woman.
• In this mental universe, you are capable of thinking your way into success. Nobody’s excluding you because you are plus sized….unless you are.  You aren’t, are you?
• You can hold fast to all the lovely ideas that encompass your dream and think them, think them, think them with the full expectation that they will appear in your experience.  This has zip to do with your size, so please don’t add that exception to your thinking.
• Once you get a completely detailed mental picture in your mind of precisely what your dream looks like, be that some object, some event, or a particularly shaped body, and you hold that picture in front of your mind as you think of it, it will become manifestly clear to you in all the details of its truth, and it will become a manifestation right in front of your face.

I’d like nothing more for you this year than for you to manifest your dreams.  You so deserve that.
