Welcome back!

Two cuties

Two cuties

The third free teleclass took place last night and it was the best in the bunch.  I absolutely adore it when I see people “get it.”  Last night was a perfect example of that.  We weren’t large in quantity, but man on man, was the quality apparent.  Thank you to all the students who showed up last night.  My heart is still enjoying your presence and participation.

Twitter is really helping to get the word out about The World of Within.  I’ve had several folks approach me for a collaborative swap of information and that’s a wonderful thing too.  In the end, it’s just like everything else:  persevere like a mother and you will win out.

Mental dieting (the ideas you feed your mind) and mental exercise (the exercise you provide for your mind ) simply require perseverance and when you bring yourself to the point of absolute conviction that what you are thinking is the truth about you,  you win out.

We reviewed the last seven of the 14 building blocks that are the essential pieces about you that you need to have corrected in order to think properly about your Self, your Body, and your Life so that you can have all three be precisely what you want them to be.

If you missed the Free Teleclasses (hey, I did everything in my power to let you know about them!), the Fall Madly in Love with Your Self Teleclass Series is beginning on March 9th at 6 pm PST and you can join us there and pick up the pieces.  This series is unlike anything you’ve ever been taught before about yourself, so if you are looking for fresh, new and “it works”, join us!

My dream is to educate a core group of women to love and accept themselves, give up on their bodies not being “just right”, and who will not tolerate any longer input from another about how they should look, ought to diet, aren’t just right.  I don’t and my life is happier for it.  You are 100% okay right now, just the way you are. The only reason to change would be if YOU want to, not because someone else doesn’t approve.  You are the only one with that vote for your life.  Tell the rest of them their opinion is worthless at your house.

Love you, and I hope that you will learn to love you unconditionally too.

Chi and Percy on "Mother"

Chi and Percy on "Mother" in front of the fireplace

I wanted to share those two cuties who live with me before I talk about today’s topic.  I’m a very luck girl today.  There is the nicest man here washing my windows for me inside and out.  I so wanted that done before the first snow falls and yahoo, it’s happening today! My cats appreciate it too.  :)

I am living proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks.  I know that Social Networking (or Web 2.0) is the living thing these days.  I think I do fairly well keeping up with today’s generation and folks, I’m a pre-baby-boomer, so that’s a well-deserved brag and I know it.  But I did not take to Social Networking intuitively, so, smart girl that I am, I hired a VA to set up my accounts for me and I want to acknowledge her here.

Her name is Mia Chambers.  Her spirit is effervescent.  Her talents are incredible and they live at AcumenVA Go check her out and tell her you met her on my blog.  Mia set up my accounts on Twitter, andFacebook and then provided a wonder manual for how to proceed to use those sites. Thank  you, Mia.  Big hugs! You can also visit me at LinkedIn, but it’s a bit stodgier of a site for my tastes.

And while I’m touting my VAs, there’s another well-deserved kudo that needs to be shouted out.  Last year, I took a shopping cart class.  I did not profit from that class.  At the end of it, I was doubly frustraated.  But I needed a shopping cart for the many items in my Bookstore.  I belong to the AssistU community and one of the activities I got to do there was to be a Buddy to a newbie VA-in-training.  Well, lo and behold, one of my buddies knew shopping carts, so I hired her to do mine.  Her name is Lorri Morin and she lives at VirtualSynergy.com.  Please tell her you saw her name here.

Come and visit me out on the web sometimes too.

Love,

Pat
