Welcome back!

It’s a red-letter day at The World of Within because, after a long uphill pull, we’ve finally gone live.  I am so pleased the day finally arrived, because my vision behind this site can begin to manifest itself.

My dream for Your Self is that, regardless of how your body looks, and without changing it one iota, you can embrace that very Self in complete love and self-acceptance.

If you’re new here, and you don’t know me personally, let me share that I’ve been an overweight and then obese woman much of my life.  I realized that my dream of becoming The Diet Guru would never be fulfilled because I was not successful at dieting.  So I asked myself “Well, what are you good at girlfriend?” and the answer came back - Self-Love, Self-Esteem, and Self-Acceptance.

So I wrote a book about that.  It’s called My Cats Have Seen Me Naked and it’s the story of my life’s unfoldment: what I did to acquire an understanding about Life and its issues and then how to use that understanding. I hope you’ll purchase the book, read and enjoy it, and tell your friends about it.
