Tools To Quit Thinking You’re Not Okay

Welcome back!

It’s a very snowy Monday here in the mountains above San Bernardino, Ca where I live and it’s breathtakingly beautiful even though I know I eventually have to go outside and shovel.  It’s nice to know I can choose to think about the beautiful and forget about the shoveling, eh?  It’s like that with the weight issues, too.  I can chose to think that I am losing weight and forget about what I appear to weigh right now.  And through those very efforts, I have now lost 25 lbs since Thanksgiving! I still have to work assiduously to keep myself from thinking that food has causative powers (which it doesn’t) or that exercise can make changes (which it doesn’t) because thinking alone is causative. It’s taken me some years to prove that, but man oh man, does the payoff feel good.

And that is why I want you to sign up for tonight’s free teleclass “7 Building Blocks to Love and Accept Yourself.”  Yesterday I posted the first Building Block.  Here is the 2nd one:

Second Building Block -Your physical body.

Here’s a shocker for you: I don’t think we have a “physical “ body. I think that what we have is a report card. Remember getting a report card? It was the precise representation of the work you did at school, wasn’t it? Our report card /body is a precise representation of all the thinking we have done about our Self. I think our bodies are a precise mirror of the invisible activity of your mind, thinking about its Self, its Life, its experiences, its Banking Account, its boyfriends, its body.

I think we need to acknowledge by putting first things first, the cart before the horse if you will. Our minds came first and their activity causes things.

The first thing our mind caused was our baby body. Can you imagine how critically important it is to get those two in the right order? We’ll be talking a lot about this order in our upcoming Teleclass Series too. When you see how brilliantly your mind has been creating for you, and how perfectly your body has mirrored forth to you what your mind has been thinking all these years, your begin to alter the way you used to view these two and you begin to see the magic and the mystery and the mightiness of you. It’s one big piece in learning to both love and accept yourself.

When you’re thinking the truth, you quit thinking your body is not okay.  Hoping to see you on the call tonight.

First Building Block - Your spiritual mind.

You seem to have two parts and each of them is critically important. I’ll tell about the most important one first, because without this one, none of the other 13 building blocks would exist.

You are a thinking individual. Is there anyone reading this who does not THINK? I don’t think so. You may have no memory of this, but I’d like to suggest that the very first thing that happened when you were born, was a series of thoughts, the first one being: I am alive.

You followed that original thought with a series that began with I can hear, I can see, I can touch, etc. and you thought them in that order. It was a process of self discovery and it happened from within out. If anyone on the call is a mom, you’ll recognize that’s the order in which your babies began to mature. Hear, see, touch, taste, smell.

Well now, we are working on the last two senses and they’re not talked about much: They are reason, and understanding, and it’s all about your thoughts.

Thoughts are invisible, aren’t they? So is spirit – it’s invisible. So this is why I call this first building block Your Spiritual Mind. I equate Spirit and Mind as one and the same. Soul might fit into there as well.  Spirit, mind and soul the same

Mind/spirit is the unseen but powerful part of you that was there from the beginning. It’s very smart to examine this original part thoroughly, because it’s frankly, the part that has been running your life from the get go. Examining this part, specifically from an aspect of “Why am I fat? or Why don’t I love and accept my body?” is part of the upcoming Fall Madly in Love with Yourself Teleclass Series.

WoW Teleclasses

I’m very excited about telling you that here at The World of Within, the signups for the first three free teleclasses for the series have been coming in all weekend!  Makes my snowy weekend so warm.  :) I just cannot wait to meet all of you on the conference call Monday night - the 9th!

For those of you who are just joining in, the Free Teleclasses will be taught on Monday nights at 9 pm EST; 6 pm PST on February 9th, 16th and 23.  Between all three classes, I will be teaching you about five tools to use within your Self so that you can love and accept the magnificence of you.  I’ll also be explaining the 14 building blocks that make up your foundation to be sure you’ve got them set in securely so that you can build on them.

“Within” is one of my favorite places.  It’s why I named this website “The World of Within.”  I got in there and discovered a kaleidascope of brilliance, character and intrinsic wealth.  It’s the only place I know of where you can effect permanent change of any kind.  If you are obese, fat, pudgy, chubby then you know that diets and exercise do not work permanently.  I’d love you to sign up for one of the teleclass series Introduction Classes here and learn how to begin to make permanent changes.
