Some More Changes I’ve Made
Welcome back!
Here’s another installment in the changes I’ve made to correct the mental error called obesity….and every stately step counts!
1. Chew food
twice as long as you regularly do. Focus
on the taste of the food consciously and how you enjoy that taste.

3. Be grateful
you can feed yourself.
4. Watch how much
money you spend for food. Could you save some of it?

8. Learn what
real hunger feels like. Only eat if you
are hungry.
9. If you want to
eat and you are not hungry, call someone and talk about why you want to eat
right now.
10. Create a real support person in your life even if
you have to pay a therapist. The therapy
work you do will help you to heal the obesity.
