Progress Update re: The World of Within
Welcome back!
Work proceeds with the new website The World of Within. The SEO keyword research has been completed. My webmaster, Seth from Matson Graphics has done two shootings: one for my new headshot and a Welcome Video for the new Home Page.
If you would like a referral to get your SEO keyword research done, email me at pat@theworldofwithin.com. I’ll give you her contact information. She lives in Mexico where her internet connections are a bit shakey.
So, I am aiming us at the end of June. Hopefully, you’ll all join me then on the new site.
So how about a few words of wisdom regarding obesity and overweight and how to live with this trauma. I can only tell you what I’m doing and you can see if it works for you. Over the years, I’ve tried hundreds of fixes. Not one was permanent, so I cannot recommend any of them. What I can suggest is that YOU try different things. This experimentation will do several things for you:
1. It will let you know what doesn’t work. This is a good thing because then you won’t be tempted, say, by things like supermarket magazines with their diet fix of the month, or the commercials on TV promising one cure after another. You will know they don’t work so you won’t waste your money.
2. Knowing what doesn’t work will keep you searching for something that does. Activating your desire is a very powerful tool, because desire itself is a principle - a law. It is one of life’s facts that motivates you to take some action, find some solution, generate some fix. Your active desire will help you to solidify the thinking you do about the desire and will firm up your intention about the outcome you so ardently want.
3. Wanting a solution will bring the solution into your experience. This is currently being touted as the Law of Attraction, but really, it’s just the Law of Cause and Effect at work. Cause (that’d be you desiring, thinking, and coming to a conclusion) creates the Effect (some program that will work for you.)
I can write about this process because I’ve lived it and I like seeing organization and systematization at work in the mental side of life - the invisible side that’s cranking full bore while the visible side gets all of your attention. I really think that if you begin to look at the invisible side where Cause lives, you’d have a lot more control over your processes and successes.
I’m still working the Eat Right 4 Your Life program and I find it easy to follow, easy to adapt to, and it works! And on the invisible side, I continue to think throughout my day: “I am curing this obesity.” My body size and weight is changing at the rate of 2.5 lbs per week and for me, that is just so sweet!
That’s my story and I’m sticking with it!
Love,
Pat
