It rained all over my home in the mountains last night. Booming clashes of thunder woke me, Percy and Chi at 12:30 pm and then the downpour lambasted the house. Now to me, this is idyllic, dreamy stuff. I was awake on and off during the night, enjoying the rain, loving it!
In the land of metaphysics, thought is symbolized in the form of fresh water. I know for sure that yesterday I did a heaping tablespoon of great mental work, so I’m not surprised the rain finally manifested. There’s a definite connection between the two. You might not be trained as I am to see that connection. In today’s world, we look at effects as “effects only” and we aren’t trained to look for the mental cause behind them.
Obesity is like that too. It’s just a mental effect. It’s the effect of you thinking, believing and hanging on to the idea that “I am fat.” You are perpetuating the mistake and you may not even know that. I’d highly recommend that you observe what you are thinking about your body, because I know for sure, you are unwittingly creating what you do not want.
The next step is normal and natural: think something in it’s place that you DO want! Do the new thing until the old way has completely been replaced by it. You will love the results.
