No-guilt eating
Welcome back!
I had an old-time best friend visiting with me this weekend, and it was a joy and a blessing. As I reflect backwards, I was struck by the enjoyment we imbued into the many meals we shared. I was also struck by the fact that not once did I think anything other than enjoyment.
There was no “oh, this is fattening.” None of “You are eating too much and you’ll gain weight.” Nothing of “I can’t eat this because it will have some terrible effect on me.”
Nope, you see, I healed this kind of thing in my life. I eat solely for the sake of satiating my hunger with foods that I enjoy. And I stop when I am full. Period.
Wouldn’t you love to eat this way? You used to when you were a child. Think back to your early grade school days before the input from your loving, but unsuspecting (and inaccurate) parents hit you full force. Remember when you used to long for a cookie? Remember when you ate four of them with delicious savouring without thinking of anything but the taste, and none of the so-called evil ramifications? You had a self-regulating appetite in those days.
It can be restored. I did it. You’re invited to visit The World of Within, read about my book, and begin your own healing process. I love and accept myself as is (and that is BIG) and you can too.
