A Daffodilled Hillside

I love springtime.  I seem to sense such promise when the bulbs begin to pop out.  You all know about the Running Springs, CA Daffodil Lady, Gene Bauer, don’t you?  I live a few miles from her property, above. A stroll there is surely paradise. It’s always nice to recognize great beauty, such as yours, for example. Quick, find a mirror!

The Mental World, that unseen world within you that goes right on thinking while you do what you do, is not visible.  In fact, it doesn’t nearly get the recognition it deserves.  I can tell you this though: if you will permit yourself to learn about it, and that is what I teach, your life will become so much easier.  This bodily image conundrum will fade into the background and the I of You will get center-stage recognition, which it ought to have had all along.

Yesterday, I was interviewed on Robin Hardy’s Blog Talk Radio Show along with Andrea Amador from The Juicy Woman. Robin’s topic “The False Perfect”addressed the lies we are lead to believe today as women via the media and television.  She wants women to learn to accept and love who they are by realizing they are beautiful and amazing AS IS.

I love being on this kind of show because it allows me to talk my stuff, so I hope you’ll listen in and learn from Andrea and Robin as well as from me. I continue to believe that since over 60% of the US are obese, we are a majority.  If we learn to love and accept ourselves due to our bodily size, we can shift the entire paradigm of our country towards a new model of self-love and self-acceptance.  That wouldn’t be so bad now, would it?
