Fat is Caused By Thinking

Welcome back!

You might think the title of this Blog Post is outrageous, and I suppose it is. And what if it was true? What if you inadvertently (by not knowing) that all of your fussing, fretting, obsessing and grieving over the size of your body was actually causing Fat? Wouldn’t that actually be a good thing to discover it?  Because if what I’m telling you is not true, you can continue dieting, having temporary success and then gain the weight back in the vicious cycle you’ve been in all these years.

I decided that it would be better to remain Fat than to continue with the diet cycle. I don’t get much support in that.  I know that I am judged by appearances and the judgment isn’t a happy one.  Still, I’d rather remain true to what I know to BE true than to succumb to what does not work just to make those who judge me happy.

Why am I telling you this?  I don’t get weighed often - maybe every two months or so.  I got weighed today. I’ve lost 12 pounds.  I did not diet.  I did not fast.  I watched my thinking. I held true to the concept that I’d like to weigh (fill in the number of pounds.)  I just thought it.  And I lost 12 pounds.  I’ll shut up now about Fat being mental.

One good piece of news:  the Teleclass Series is beginning this Friday, November 14th.  I think it’s serendipitous that it also happens to be my birthday.  If the Teleclasses are as success as I feel  I have been, woo hoo!  The first Teleclass is about the substance of Life being goodness itself - um, that’d be you, honey child.  If you’d like to learn just how good you are now; how good you’ve been intrinsically since the first breath you drew, click here, and learn that when you truly see what goodness is, how it has always been there, and that it only requires your recognition, your life will change in magical ways in the direction of self-acceptance.
